Due to the limited nature of our releases and inventory, we do not offer:
refunds
returns
exchanges
cancellations
once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including:
sizing
shipping address
product selection
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is:
damaged
defective
or incorrect
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

clear photos of the issue
packaging photos if applicable
If approved, we will work to resolve the issue appropriately.
SHIPPING
STRIKER is not responsible for:
lost packages marked as delivered
incorrect addresses entered at checkout
carrier delays once shipped
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information before purchase.
LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS
Many STRIKER products are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked. Because of this, all purchases are considered final sale.
